The Layout row

Layout rows allow you to create multi-column layouts by drag & drop.

A Layout row must be placed into an orange empty container usually generated by a Layout area. 

Layout rows then generate empty containers itself, where you can place further elements into. The color of the container tells you which elements are compatible. Normally containers generated by Layout rows are blue, which means you can place basic or advanced content elements into it.
